Chinese Take-In teach our customers how to cook delicious gourmet Chinese cuisine easily and affordably. You’ll learn kitchen safety, how to shop for ingredients, and how to cook like a pro from local restaurant owners. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know to eat like an emperor without breaking the bank! When you leave one of our innovative two part courses, you will have an extensive knowledge of basic cooking techniques, including correct temperatures, how to recognize when something is cooked to perfection, and how to detect congruent flavor palettes. When you sign up for Chinese Take-In, you’ll be put into a class of up to 40 different students. We host two different two part courses every week on Mondays/Wednesdays and Tuesdays/Thursdays.
